Fuze Releases Reimagined User Interface

10 Oct 2016

Fuze has announced the release of a new user interface for its UCaaS service, designed to empower both administrators and end users. The new UX design combines voice, video, and messaging into a single app, supported by reliability, security, and analytics.

The new UX comes following a survey from Fuze, which found that nearly ¾ of U.S. workers feel workplace technology needs to catch up to that which they use in everyday life. Fuze took data from behavior in personal settings, and used that to determine what tools and features employees would want to use, both at work and in their daily lives. The resulting solution demonstrated high rates of adoption and engagement - a promising sign for the new UX.

In order to simplify deployment, Fuze's solution provides a single user experience across all channels, for internal and external communication alike. As such, it remains consistent for all users, whether they're on mobile devices, desktops, or in meeting rooms, which reduces the need for lengthy training, and provides a wider access to collaboration tools.

Through Fuze's solution, employees can access voice, video, and text-based messaging; by providing all the common forms of communication, it reduces the need for multiple communication applications, thus providing a single and connected experience.

Blair Pleasant of UCStrategies notes, "Fuze made sure that the user experience is the same, whether on the desktop or a mobile device. User experience is key for user adoption, and if an interface is too complex, users will shy away from it, and businesses won't get the value out of the solution." She adds, "The new interface has a nice, clean look that makes it easy to start meetings, collaborate with colleagues, search for contacts, and interact in any channel."

Fuze's new UX is available starting today. For more information, visit www.fuze.com.
