Prior to joining Phonism, Mark spent 15 years with Cisco Systems where he led multiple business units and product directions associated with networking and VoIP for enterprises and small businesses. Additionally, Mark spent 6 years with Telecommunications provider Avaya, where he was the Vice President and General Manager for the Collaboration products group. He led the product direction and business for the Unified Communications products.

As a customer-focused leader with a keen ability to develop go-to-market strategies, Mark will be a perfect fit to the Phonism team.
