AVST Elevates Voice Capabilities of Lync (Skype for Business) at Enterprise Connect
AVST CTO Participating in Roundtable Discussion Led by Microsoft Expert
ORLANDO, FL., March 16, 2015 - This week at Enterprise Connect, Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc. At booth #1029, AVST will conduct a series of presentations that showcase how to elevate the enterprise voice capabilities of Lync today and Skype for Business in the future.
Additionally, Microsoft expert Kevin Kieller will moderate an interactive roundtable discussion on Tuesday, March 17 at 2:30 p.m. that explores how enterprises are successfully deploying and enhancing Lync functionality in 2015. AVST Chief Technology Officer Tom Minifie will join a panel of esteemed technology experts and Microsoft Partners in the panel discussion. The panel will address best practices for:

A leading technology research firm predicts Microsoft Lync to continue its rapid adoption rate as a telephony solution, and the company is expected to reach a top-three position as a global telephony provider by 2016. In support of this trend, AVST recently introduced a direct IP integration between its CX-E UC platform and Microsoft Lync. This integration creates an easy migration path for enterprises looking to transition their call control infrastructure to Lync and enables the centralization of voice applications across multiple locations in an evolving telephony environment.
