Digium Announces Partner Awards

Digium announced its annual Pinnacle Partner award winners based on their annual sales from 2012 and commitment to excellent customer satisfaction. Channel partners for both Asterisk and Switchvox are recognized for developing and growing the relationship. These partners are certified to sell Digium's full offering of unified communications (UC) and VoIP solutions, Asterisk hardware, IP phones, gateways, telephony cards and redundancy appliances. If you haven't looked at Digium lately, it deserves a fresh look. The company made significant changes to its channel programs, and last year released its own branded phones that offer simplified automated provisioning services on Switchvox. The current Asterisk build already supports WebRTC, and the firm's list of enterprise customers continues to grow.

Digium is mostly often associated with Asterisk, the open source VoIP platform, but its Switchvox solution is a robust UC packaged offering. Even more recently, the firm announced Switchvox Cloud that will provide UCaaS in a low cost, hassle free, channel ready offering. The expected launch of Switchvox Cloud is next month, and channel training programs are already scheduled.
