ESI Announces Cloud PBX Solution

ESI has announced the launch a new Cloud PBX solution at an exclusive event for its channel partners. This new solution integrates ESI's manufactured phones with a web-based dashboard, creating a solution based on the user's workflow to provide an intuitive tool that works within daily business operations.

The ESI Cloud PBX is built to combine the benefits of the ESI desk phone and those from web applications, offering features such as personalized call routing, audio conferencing, visual voice mail, one-touch call recording, and more. It aims to provide through the cloud the desk phone features that businesses need, minus any complexity.

With this addition to ESI's portfolio, ESI can now offer a complete end-to-end cloud solution. In addition to the Cloud PBX, the company also offers SIP trunking, audio conferencing, and other tools that are useful for businesses, such as a billing application.

There are a number of features available in the ESI Cloud PBX, including real-time syncing of the phone and web dashboard, one-touch simple programming, and intelligent integration throughout the system.
