Interactive Intelligence Improves Global Partner Program

16 Dec 2015

Interactive Intelligence has enhanced their Global Partner Program, offering new programs and benefits. Among the new programs are ones designed for systems integrators and telcos/carriers, along with improvements designed to make partner engagement a simpler process while providing more opportunities for revenue.

There are three key enhancements to the Interactive Intelligence Global Partner Program. First among them are updates to the Channel Program, offering value-added resellers simplified partner levels. Additionally, there are new contracts across all sales models, including full-service, as well as referral and co-sell resale. Interactive Intelligence is also adding the PureCloud track, offering improved margins, as well as the ability to offer deployment services and premium support, and the resources partners need to create customizations and integrations for their customers.

For systems integrators, there's a new program designed to utilize a range of SI consultative and industry-specific skills. Already, Accenture has signed on for this new program as the first SI partner.

Telcos and carriers are also receiving a new assist with the program enhancements, as a new Telco/Carrier Program provides them with the option to bundle Interactive Intelligence's PureCloud services with their voice services. Additionally, telcos/carriers can offer premium support and deployment services, and, like partners with the enhanced Channel Program, are provided with the resources to build their customers customizations and integrations.

Interactive Intelligence is also offering an Alliance Program, made for partners whose solutions complement the software and cloud services offered by Interactive Intelligence. Those solutions can be listed for purchase on the virtual storefront - Interactive Intelligence MarketPlace - providing a wider reach and opportunity for improved revenue.

Independent consultants who recommend Interactive Intelligence for clients can also look into the Consultant Program.

"I am really pleased with these announcements and expect more to follow suit," states Dave Michels, UC Expert at UCStrategies. "The channel programs that worked before need to be revised for the cloud. These changes will be attractive to Interactive's partners and should stimulate interest in PureCloud."
