Leadership Changes at independenceIT

Changes to the leadership team have been made at independenceIT; Jim Lippie who has been promoted to CEO is the MSP cloud services pioneer, and Seth Bostock has moved up to become president and COO.

The Cloud Workspace Suite is well known as the industry's most comprehensive channel-only Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solution, and it provides recurring revenue for VARs, ISPs and MSPs.

In the past, Lippie was iIT's executive vice president of business development, and Bostock was iIT's executive vice president of corporate development. The integrated channel-only sales model has been used by them both, and has shown a year-over-year partner growth of over 200 percent for iIT.

Earlier this year, Lippie joined iIT from Thrive Networks, with whom he acted as CEO and president. Under his leadership Thrive became a top 30 MSP company which later brokered its sales to Staples. Bostock joined iIT in 2011 after a career in designing and implementing business improvement strategies and positioning; he guided the product development of the Cloud Workspace Suite, as well as the acquisition of Veddio which enabled the company to create key partner agreements with EarthLink and TeamLogic IT.
