The company officially targets IT, telephony, security, Audio/video, and POS dealer organizations. The company claims to have 35,000 customers. Tigerpaw is designed to automate and integrate service, accounting, CRM, inventory, sales, marketing, purchasing, and workflow within a VAR or SI.
