Unify Square Announces Series B Financing to Fund Acceleration of Unify Square's Lync/Skype for Business Portfolio of Software, Services and Support on Heels of Rapid Adoption

Unify Square, a leading provider of software, services and support for Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business, today announced a deeper partnership with Microsoft and $8.2m Series B funding supported by several former executives from Yahoo, IBM and Ariba, Geoff Baldwin, the Chairman of the board for Unify Square, and Microsoft. Unify Square helps many of the world's largest companies, including more than 45 of the Global/Fortune 500, get the most out of Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business. Together, Unify Square and Microsoft will help global enterprises successfully deploy and maintain a healthy Lync/Skype for Business environment.

Unify Square plans to broaden its reach to even more customers through the global expansion of its professional services and 24/7 enhanced support capabilities, while bringing to market new innovations in operational management software for Lync/Skype for Business.
