Zultys Intros New UC Solution

Zultys has unveiled MXvirtual, a new cloud-based unified communications solution for enterprises and managed service providers.

According to Zultys, more and more businesses are shifting their crucial applications to the cloud in order to benefit from the business continuity and savings afforded by server consolidation. However, migrating voice and communication systems to the cloud entails doing away with certain features in order to conform to a one-size-fits-all hosted solution model. It may also necessitate a solution based on multiple servers, which is associated with higher costs of deployment and continuing maintenance that increases the total cost of ownership.

With MXvirtual, however, business organizations of all sizes no longer have to forgo features to achieve simplicity. Zultys touts that its new UC solution can scale thousands of users in one virtual appliance.

Having the same feature set as its premises-based MX30 and MX250 counterparts, MXvirtual supports Integrated Contact Center Solution, the MXIE unified communication client of Zultys. MXvirtual also supports call routing, conferencing, large-scale call recording, SIP trunking, and smartphone integration.

Large enterprises can opt to host the new cloud-based UC solution on their VMware infrastructure. Channel partners of Zultys can also act as managed service providers and offer the hosted solution to their customers. (KOM) Link. Link.
