Best Practices for Video Meetings

In this Industry Buzz podcast, the BCStrategies Experts address a topic near and dear. Now that everyone has experienced the wonders of video meetings for at least the past 9 months, what have we learned from our experiences? What works, what doesn’t, and what are some best practices meeting hosts and participants should be thinking about? What are some of the issues we’ve all encountered and what are the best ways to overcome them – e.g., background noise and distractions, multiple people trying to speak at once, some people clearly disengaged, etc.

We asked the Experts for best practices or recommendations for managing or participating in video meetings. Some responses focused on technology and technical issues; others discussed do’s and don’ts.
