Consilium Announces Global Availability of Consilium Cisco SolutionsPlus and Expanded New Uni Product Offers

Consilium Software, a world-leading provider of enterprise software for unified communications and contact centers, today announced that it has reached a revised resale agreement with Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) under which Consilium’s full range of Uni™ products are now available for sale via Cisco SolutionsPlus, in every country where Cisco Commerce Workspace is available, to be added on to new and existing Cisco contact center platforms.

Another welcome news is that subscription-based SKUs (new master SKU ‘CONSILIUM-APPS’) are now available for all the Consilium products. Perpetual product offers continue to be available under the existing Cisco SKU ‘CS-APPS.’ Apart from this, Consilium UniInsight™ and UniVCX™ have been added as new products under Cisco SolutionsPlus.  Details of the new offers, pricing and ordering notes are available in the updated Contact Center SolutionsPlus Ordering Guide, which has been published by Cisco at https://bit.ly/ConsiliumSplusOG.

Cisco SolutionsPlus allows Cisco sales teams and channel partners to order Consilium’s Cisco Compatible software products directly from Cisco. This means that Consilium’s products are quoted, sold, and fulfilled just like any other Cisco product. The value for Cisco and their partners is that it gives them high-quality, well-integrated, and complete “applications solutions” to complete their contact center (CC) and Unified Communications (UC) portfolio.

Consilium Uni™ products allow customers and partners to provision, manage, integrate, automate and report on Cisco products like Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE), Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC.) As Cisco’s Preferred Solution Partner, Consilium Software has achieved Cisco compatibility certification with these Cisco products.

Consilium product demos are now available on Cisco dCloud, which enables self-demonstrations and provides a virtual environment to partners. Cisco offers a VPN setup which allows partners to book a demo remotely via a desktop, or mobile browser.
