Defining the Segments of Business Communications

This Industry Buzz podcast is a follow-up to Phil Edholm's recent article, Business Communications in the Digital Transformation Age, a discussion of a structured view of the elements of Business Communications (BC). As the basis of the discussion, a model has been put forward that there are three key definable segmentations of the BC market: Individual Communications, Customer Communications, and Applications Communications.
