Kurmi Software Establishes New Office in New York City and Customer Support Center for North America

Kurmi Software announced the incorporation of Kurmi Software Inc. with a new office in New York City. The company is headquartered in France with offices in Berlin, Germany, Montreal, Canada, and now the United States. In recent months, Kurmi Software has been the chosen platform from 10 new North American accounts, Service Providers and Enterprises, to streamline and simplify telecom and UC operations with significant costs savings. The new NYC office will further strengthen relationships with U.S. Service Providers, Enterprises, and Channel Partners.

As CEO of Kurmi Software, Thibaut Felgeres, stated: “The United States is the largest UC market. We already have customers there, Enterprises and Service Providers like NWN Corporation, but we definitely want to solidify our North American presence in order to further accelerate our growth. This is why, our COO, Pascal Moindrot, is also nominated for acting North American Managing Director until this position is fulfilled locally.”

Pascal added: “In addition to a pre-sales and professional services team based in New York to provide technical design and software deployment, a Customer Support Center is opening in the U.S. to support our clients and partners in North America. Share the information: We are hiring sales/pre-sales, professional services and support. Local recruitment will be completed with Kurmi relocated employees to make this new office a success.”
