Nectar Partners with ScanSource to Deliver Full Portfolio of UC Network Monitoring & Performance Management Tools
Leading global provider to offer award-winning UC diagnostics toolkit to vast network of global managed service providers and resellers
Nectar Services Corp., the leader in the development and deployment of proactive network monitoring and performance management software for the Unified Communications (UC) industry, announced that it has partnered with ScanSource Catalyst, a leading global provider of technology products and solutions, to deliver Nectar’s industry-leading communications solutions to ScanSource’s managed service providers and resellers in North America.

Nectar provides solutions that cover the entire unified communications lifecycle, including planning and deployment, network assessment, monitoring, reporting and root-cause diagnostics, and overall performance management. Nectar’s flagship product, Unified Communications Management Platform (UCMP), as well as Evolution, will both be available through ScanSource. Nectar’s UCMP improves visibility and service delivery across integrated voice, video and data application solutions by providing unique and critical performance information.
Nectar’s award-winning Evolution is the first software product of its kind to provide unified Quality of Service (QoS) policy automation for Cisco UC environments, as well as multi-vendor deployments, which include other UC platforms such as Microsoft Skype for Business and other third-party ecosystem applications. An industry first, Evolution integrates with the Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA) to automate QoS and verify best practices that were previously manually implemented.
