Next Stop: Cloud Comms Summit

4 Jun 2018

Summer conference season isn’t slowing down yet. After a great UC Expo event in London, my next conference is the Cloud Comms Summit, taking place in (outside of, actually) Washington, D.C. on June 27. Produced by the Cavell Group and the Cloud Communications Alliance, the Cloud Comms Summit is aimed at the Service Provider community, providing insights in a vendor-neutral environment to discuss industry trends, best practices, and strategies – as well as networking opportunities.

I’ll be moderating a panel session on Analytics, AI & the Future of Customer Interaction, exploring how service providers can help their large and small enterprise customers improve customer interactions and engagement. We’ll discuss the tools and capabilities that service providers are using, including Cloud Contact Center, AI, Analytics, and smart recording capabilities. I’ll also be on the final session panel discussing the Future of Cloud Communications, along with Clark Peterson, President of Vonage, Michael Quinn, a Partner with Q Advisors, Matt Townend, Director Research & Consulting of Cavell Group, and Michael Tessler, Cloud Calling & BroadSoft Business Leader at Cisco.

While at the UC Expo, I had a chance to speak with Dominic Black of Cavell Group about the Cloud Comms Summit. In this video podcast, Dominic discusses the conference, the keynote speakers and key topics, and what should attendees expect from the conference.

I hope to see you there.
