Pascal is a proven technology thought leader, sales evangelist, product manager and seasoned IP architect with close to 30 years of experience in internetworking, next-generation information systems, and communication architectures. As the founder of TSCM Technology he is focused on the building of cloud scale architectures and real-time media networks using Software Defined Networks (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO). After almost a decade at Microsoft he was Principal Program Manager for Skype for Business leading strategic programs such as SDN, Real Time Media over Wi-Fi and Skype for Business using Azure Express Route with QoS. 

As one of the leading industry experts in Unified Communication (UC) and SDN he is a UCStrategies Expert, early pioneer of Unified Communications (UC) and Software Defined Networks (SDN),  Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for the MEF, Chair of UC SDN Task Group at International Multimedia Telecommunication Consortium (IMTC), Vice-Chair of Open Network Foundation (ONF) NBI Working Group, Co-Founder and former Vice-Chair of Wi-Fi Alliance Task Group Mobile Multimedia Over Wi-Fi, former Chair of SIPv6 Task Group at International Multimedia Telecommunication Consortium (IMTC), pioneer of MPLS and MPLS Forum appointed Subject Matter Expert, IETF L2VPN MPLS design team member, co-inventor of Virtual Private LAN Service (VPLS) and Scientific Committee for the MPLS World Congress. 

Pascal has done five startups with multiple successes, has received numerous industry awards such as SDN and Openflow 2015 World Congress Best of Show for UC SDN, ONF SDN North Bound Interface Leadership Award, ONF SDN 2014 Ping Pan Memorial Innovation Award, IMTC 2013 Technical Leadership Award, MEF 2012 Technical Leadership Award, Microsoft 2005 Gold Star Achievement Award,  Best Built Network at Supercom 2002, Best ISP for Washington State 2001, Outstanding Contribution from Metro Ethernet Forum for 2001, 2002, and 2003 and has presented extensively in numerous events globally. 

Pascal holds 4 patents with 25 additional patents pending and has co-authored many standards in the IETF, MEF, IMTC and IP/MPLS Forum.
