For 17 years, Pete ran Continuous Insight Limited a customer insight business with customers such as BT, Tata, Deutsche Telecom and CSC.

The business was acquired in 2014 by Next 15 Plc which in turn enabled Pete to work with boards and management teams around the world advising on growth from marketing strategies.

Pete’s career started with the launch of the IBM PS/2 and today is hugely passionate about how Unified Communications can accelerate business processes for competitive advantage whilst improving the customer experience.

In 2016, Pete founded, an insight advisory working with a select number of Global Tech companies and corporations, advising on how vendor portfolios can unlock inherent value within their operating environments.
