VOSS Solutions has announced that its latest product, the VOSS-4-UC Version 17, is now generally available. The latest edition of this solution includes a wide array of new features and functionality, in order to help businesses keep up with the constant development of cloud communications technology.

VOSS-4-UC v17 is designed to address the challenges facing the unified communications industry, providing a scalable and extensible architecture. It’s designed to allow virtually any number of expansions, using a framework that seamlessly interfaces with outside systems and provides automation capability.

The solution can be deployed from out of the box, so that organizations can use its UC operational management capabilities quickly. The framework is designed so that it can be tailored to specific business needs, without requiring extensive coding or alterations. As such, the VOSS-4-UC data and device models, configuration templates, orchestration workflows, and IT integrations can all be adapted from within the core product framework.

The latest version of VOSS-4-UC provides UC management of both Cisco and Microsoft UC, including Skype for Business, as well as coordinated management for Cisco Spark. The customized UC management can adapt to operational processes and integrate with back office systems, so it can be deployed without disrupting any existing systems. It offers improved reporting, data mining, and troubleshooting from its previous versions with VOSS Analytics.

VOSS Solutions designed the VOSS-4-UC to increase the level of end-to-end automation in their customers’ operational processes, as well as decrease the total cost of ownership. By allowing businesses to add new services or upgrade features, it also enables the communications platform to be more dynamic, and to keep up with the latest updates in communications technology.

According to UCStrategies Expert Phil Edholm, “With this latest release, VOSS continues to demonstrate the value of Business Communication Operations Management (BCOM) and the value of UC, VoIP, and next generation platforms. Organizations should evaluate management platforms to reduce operations costs and accelerate user adoption.”
