Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS)
Avaya and HP Enterprise Services (ES) recently announced a new multi-year agreement intended to offer new cloud services to enterprises. As per the agreement, the companies will sell a combined portfolio of Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS), Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS), and infrastructure modernizing services, using HP's experience in services delivery and Avaya's UC and contact center portfolio.
Avaya's Collaboration Pods portfolio is in for an upgrade, with the addition of new models for Cloud Service Providers. These new models are designed for cloud Service Providers, so that they can provide Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS), or Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) to their end customers.
