Mitel has a new series of solutions for businesses and service providers, made to provide mobile users with communication, collaboration, and contact center capabilities. The new suite, which is showcased at the Mitel Next event in San Diego, is designed to be mobile-first and cloud-enabled, and is described by the company as "millennial-focused," to meet the communication needs of the new generation of workers.
In New York City recently, I had the opportunity to attend Mitel's annual industry analyst conference, and of course get my fill of NY bagels and pizza. Mitel explained how the company has become mobile first, cloud enabled, and millennial focused.
