PureCloud Directory

Last June Interactive Intelligence unveiled its new PureCloud architecture. PureCloud is a cloud-first design for enterprise-grade customer engagement and UC platform supporting a multi-channel communications over a distributed architecture.

Interactive Intelligence has now released the first service delivered from the PureCloud platform: PureCloud Directory. The service is designed to enable employees to quickly find, connect, and communicate with the right person.

As the conference season nears its end, Interactive Intelligence played host to 2,000 attendees - customers, partners, analysts, and consultants in Indianapolis at its Interactions 2014 conference.
