IPTEGO

Acme Packet has announced its acquisition of the privately-held IPTEGO GmbH. IPTEGO, an IP communications network management software company, is a provider of software solutions for real-time, end-to-end communications network intelligence, voice and video operations monitoring, customer experience management, and fraud prevention and detection. For this acquisition, Acme Packet is paying approximately $21 million.
