VOSS Announces Plans for WWT's Geek Day

VOSS Solutions today announced that it will be presenting and exhibiting at World Wide Technology's (WWT) Geek Day, a technology trade show featuring live, working demonstrations from the industry's best-of-breed collaboration, mobility, security, data center and virtualization solution providers. VOSS is one of 35 partners invited to exhibit at the one-day event, which takes place in Washington DC, on May 12, 2015.

At WWT's Geek Day, VOSS will give a presentation on "Enabling Enterprise Communications and Collaboration from a Single Point of Control." In the presentation, Jim Ortbals, VP Global Sales at VOSS, will discuss the growing complexity surrounding a UC environment, which stems from the increased number of vendors, systems, applications, interfaces, and devices. The session will focus on one critical objective: Ensuring that organizations are highly successful in managing their current UC environment despite its complexity.

VOSS will also exhibit at the event, showcasing two products:

• VOSS-4-UC: A UC management platform that simplifies the design, build, deployment and operations of enterprise communications infrastructures, and reduces 5-year TCO by up to 50%

VOSS announced a partnership agreement with WWT in February 2014, and the two companies have since been collaborating to address the growing importance of business communications operations management (BCOM), and developing new go-to-market strategies targeting organizations with IP voice/UC infrastructure and those with no existing UC environment.
